Josh, Coy & Jason took absolute great care of me and ALLLLLL of my belongings! I easily had over 70 boxes, 30 totes, all major appliances, etc. They moved me in 6 hours and helped me organize a few things. They even worked with maintenance to position my appliances as well. They were really sweet and patient with my 3 year old who was with me all day during the move. I would definitely recommend using Akron Move It Now!

These guys were great!! We hired Move It Now to move all of our large furniture when we bought a new home. They were very kind and professional, and they took great care of our furniture and house during the move. They set things back up exactly where we wanted and were quick to do so. I would absolutely recommend this team for your next move!

Drayke, Jordan, and Jeremy did an amazing HARD job of lifting a very heavy piano to our house. I mean it was probably over 400 lbs. It wasn't an easy task since we have lots of steps but they did it with grace and humor and didn't mess up anything. Very nice guys and we'd work with them again in a heartbeat.

I recently worked with Akron Move It Now for my relocation, and while there were a few bumps initially, I have to give full credit to Nick and the management team for making everything right. Nick personally reached out, listened to my concerns, and took quick action to ensure I felt heard and valued as a customer. That level of accountability and customer service is rare these days. The crew worked hard and handled the move efficiently, and I appreciate the company standing behind their service. Because of how professionally Nick resolved things, I would absolutely use Akron Move It Now again and recommend them to others.

Move it Now was prompt, efficient and friendly. We moved our entire home and are currently storing everything in the garage of our new home while renovations are being done. They made the process flawless and will be returning once our renovations are completed to finish moving us in. The process was completely flawless and these guys worked their butts off. Allen and Troy are the BEST!!! My husband and I literally had a sofa set delivered from VC and they sent some terrible 3rd party movers to our home to move the furniture in our basement and they gave up after a few minutes and said it was too big and they couldn’t do it. So my husband and I tried ourselves later on and the sofa got stuck in our stairwell which has a sharp turn afterwards. So that’s why we called Akron Move It Now to see if they can get it “unstuck” out the stairwell and bring it back upstairs so we can just sell it, but they suggested they were confident they could get it past the sharp turn and move it to the basement with no problem. These two guys literally moved both sofas that we were told were “too big” into our basement in less than 5 minutes and I’m not kidding. I could not believe my eyes!!!! Because of them we no longer have to go through the stress of selling our brand new sofa set. I will forever be loyal to this company and I made sure they got a great tip!!! I’ll tell everyone about them. Thank you!!!

Excellent experience with this company. Dave lead the team and ensured my items and my home we're handled with care. Gavin in front office was awesome to work with and took the time to understand my needs and get the best options for me. He also came out after the fact to look at a little scrape on my stairwell and fixed it up like new, didn't even ask for that, just took care of it automatically. Huge thank you to everyone involved- Dave, Vern, Mike J, Mike A., Alex, James, and Gavin!

We had to move my aunt into assisted living without advance notice. The whole team at Move It Now were great. Scheduling and upfront communication was easy. On the day of the move, Seth and Brian were amazing! They communicated their schedule ahead of arrival. Upon arrival , they prepped and surveyed what was to be moved. They laid down matting to protect the floors, were very careful with all the furniture and quickly packed everything up. Upon arrival at the facility, they got everything set up. I could not have asked for a better team. They were professional yet personable. We will be using them again and recommend them! Thanks again Seth and Brian.
